I agree with the post, too. Seems like Western influence in Thailand is changing the way some people eat. Look at the many 7-11's and family marts and all the processed foods they sell.

Research your trip. The many travel books like Lonely Planet, Moon Guide and the like are very useful. Determine where your interest lies. Are you interested in ruins, temples, history, culture, or beaches and parties? What is your timeframe and budget? Once you have done some research, others experiences and tales will be helpful.

The Tata Nano, that is it. Thanks WannaGo. I thought that would be the perfect car for around town in Thailand. A step up from your motorbike and keeps you out of the rain. Tata had big plans for the car until the local people vetoed the proposed factory site. Production is nowhere near the demand.
